Rough designs are included in our quotes, with a maximum of two design changes. The designs are rough designs with the purpose of determining a composition, subject matter and concept. We also include paint and materials in our quote. All travel and equipment costs can also be included if required.
Once you have approved the quote and are happy to proceed, we require a 50% deposit to begin the design/ concept phase. As mentioned above, the design and concept phase is included in the quote. Planning and approval is important and sometimes this phase can take longer than the actual painting, so we need to make sure our time is covered.
Once designs have been approved a date can be scheduled to paint the murals.
Balance payment is typically due within 7 days from date of invoice.
Yes. Our design phase can be done remotely, up until approval of rough designs and concept. Then a date to paint the murals needs to be scheduled of course. All digital illustration work can also be done remotely. Final illustrations and working files shared via cloud storage.
Sorry, no. Artworks and designs/ concepts created by Unity Murals will become your property once you have paid for them in full, but copyright still vests in Unity Murals or the artist, so no reproductions, adaptations, recordings (video or still), braodcasts, or the like, of the artwork are permitted, without written consent for Unity Murals. Copyrights and IP/Intellectual Property rights apply.
